Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Faulty engraving or personalization errors caused by us
  • Shipping damage caused by carriers

If your item arrives with a defect or develops an issue due to manufacturing within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or offer an appropriate resolution.


What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, aging of materials)
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper storage or care
  • Shipping damage caused by carriers (covered separately if reported immediately)

Personalized Items

Because many of our products are custom-made, each item is uniquely crafted for you.

Minor variations in wood grain, grain pattern, or color tone are natural and not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  4. Briefly describe the problem

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.


Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair (if applicable)
  • Refund (in cases where replacement is not possible)

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover shipping costs for replacements or repairs when the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.
